Job Description

Baltimore Aircoil on the Central Coast is creating a boots-on-the-ground WHS position with ownership to influence safety across the site. You'll inspect, identify risks and lead investigations, while collaborating with Safety, HR and Operations to drive practical improvements.

Expect involvement in toolbox talks, inductions, and contractor safety management on a growing site. Three years of WHS experience and robust Excel/use of safety systems are valued; manufacturing background is a bonus.
