About the Role

As a key member of our CNC Programming Department, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to deliver precision results across our laser, high-definition plasma, and oxy-fuel profiling, brake press, and rolling operations.
Your primary focus will be on creating optimized nests and efficient cutting programs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Develop CNC programs for laser, plasma, and oxy-fuel cutting machines
Optimize nesting for material efficiency and production flow
Interpret mechanical drawings and CAD files with precision
Liaise with customers regarding quotations, production and delivery.
Monitor jobs throughout the production process to ensure deadlines are achieved.




Work closely with the operations team to maximize production efficiency and cost effectiveness.

About You
3–5 years’ experience in CNC programming or manufacturing
Robust mechanical drawing interpretation skills (essential)
Experience with AutoCAD; knowledge of SigmaNEST is an advantage
Background in metal trades, laser cutting, or steel processing preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
