About the role

Ear Foundation Australia is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR qualified to join in a newly created part-time People & Culture Lead role.

Key responsibilities
Provide expert advice to managers on people management matters
Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
Support performance management, employee relations and workforce development
Maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Coordinate staff training and career development
Support organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Provide coaching to leaders to support organisational change and build leadership capability

About you
Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations or a related field
Demonstrated HR or People & Culture experience




Strong knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A practical, solutions-focused approach
Experience building a positive, high-performing culture in a not-for-profit setting
Values alignment; demonstrating empathy and compassion, diversity, inclusion and cultural safety and championing our values across the workforce
