Male Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience to support participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Shift Requirements:
Set Shifts across various SIL locations.
About You:
Proven experience supporting clients with Autism, limited verbal communication, and challenging behaviours
Experienced in working within a Shared Living (SIL) environment
Skilled in redirection strategies and confident in following Behaviour Support Plans
Demonstrated ability to build positive client engagement and trust
Fluent in English, with robust written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, consistent, and able to work collaboratively within a set roster
Patient, compassionate,



and genuinely driven to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support — someone who has a heart for change and believes in improving outcomes for every client

This is a excellent chance for someone passionate about supporting individuals with autism to build independence, communication, and meaningful daily routines.
