Job Description

Southern Cross Care WA seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager at Margaret Hubery House to provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to care teams. You will partner with the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary staff to drive person-centred care, governance and quality outcomes for residents.
