Mercure WestWaters, part of Oscars Group, seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver friendly, qualified service at the Front Office, handling arrivals, departures, inquiries and guest needs. You will support check-in/check-out, reservations, and data accuracy while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments.
