West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Debt Recovery Officer within our Finance Operations team. You will help maximise income collection while delivering a fair, qualified and supportive service to customers.

You’ll manage debt recovery activities across adult social care and sundry debts, respond to enquiries, provide accurate information and work with colleagues, legal services and external partners to improve efficiency and outcomes.
