FINDMEA is currently seeking experienced Order Pickers to join a busy distribution centre at Moorabbin Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term casual assignment with a well-established global brand.

About the Role

As an Order Picker, you'll be working in a quick-paced distribution centre, preparing orders accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
Picking and preparing orders for despatch
Operating a ride-on Tugger
Manual handling and moving stock
Working towards daily KPI and productivity targets
Ensuring orders are picked accurately and efficiently
Maintaining a safe and organised work setting
Working collaboratively with the wider warehouse team

About You

We're looking for reliable and physically fit candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

To be successful,



you will have:
Previous warehouse/order picking experience
Experience operating a ride-on Tugger
Good attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently to KPI targets
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling
A strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable transport to Moorabbin Airport
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Excellent attendance and punctuality
A positive, team-focused attitude
