The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Reception team, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and supporting team members to deliver a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Front Office and Reception operations.
Ensure productive and accurate guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Support team members in resolving guest enquiries and requests.
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Brief the team on daily events, VIP arrivals, and operational updates.
Promote hotel services and identify upselling opportunities.
Monitor team performance, grooming standards, and attendance.




Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to team members.
Conduct shift handovers and communicate operational information effectively.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Liaise with other departments to maintain smooth hotel operations.

Essential

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualified presentation and grooming standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competent computer and IT skills.

Desirable
Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a hotel or hospitality setting.
Knowledge of hotel property management systems and Front Office operations.
Experience training and mentoring team members.
