Job Description

TAFE Queensland is seeking a Manager, Customer Service to lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive best-practice customer service across student enrolments and contact channels. The role reports to the Director, Client and Commercial Operations and is based primarily at Cairns or Townsville campuses.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification (advantageous), solid MS Office skills, and a track record of improving customer outcomes in a VET setting.
