Job Description

Netflix in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Head of Character Effects (CFX) to lead the show-based CFX team for an upcoming animated feature. The Head of Character Effects will define the simulation approach for hair, fur, cloth, feathers, and other character-related simulations while guiding grooming and garment construction for production needs.

You will oversee asset development and shot production, review CFX work, and mentor artists to balance artistic vision with production constraints.
