Job Description

GemLife is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead a high-performance estimating team across Australia. Based in Helensvale, you'll drive cost planning, price validation, and tender support while coaching estimators to deliver consistent outputs.

You'll manage Databuild, develop cost data libraries, and forecast escalation using market data. This senior role requires solid stakeholder collaboration with procurement and operations to enable strategic decisions.
