The Prospect

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Sydney‐based Fit Out & Refurbishment division.

n

Led by senior construction professionals from leading mid‐tier and top‐tier builders, our team delivers complex, high‐quality projects across a diverse range of sectors and asset classes.

n

You will take ownership of projects from pre‐construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Deliver fit out and refurbishment projects from start to finish
n
Manage programmes, budgets, procurement, and cost control
n
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
n
Manage project risk, variations, and reporting
n
Ensure delivery across safety, quality, programme, and commercial targets
n
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
n
Lead and support project teams to successful delivery
n

About You

n

n
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
n
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fit out and/or refurbishment projects
n
Solid understanding of construction delivery, contracts, and documentation
n
Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
n
Commercially aware, organised, and solutions‐focused
n
