Job Description

EVT Australia is seeking a Commis Chef to assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes across busy hotel kitchens. You will support senior chefs, maintain hygiene and food safety, and help ensure top standards during peak service periods.

The role requires flexibility to work across all hotel kitchens, a robust willingness to learn, and reliable teamwork. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is preferred; applicant must have legal right to work in Australia and own
