Job Description

CeX is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multisite stores across Queensland. You will lead diverse teams, drive sales and exchanges, and ensure high operational standards while promoting a cooperative in-store culture.

Ideal candidates have solid people management experience in retail or hospitality, with a proven ability to develop teams, adapt to quick-paced environments, and travel interstate when required. This role offers ongoing training and management opportunities.
