Job Description

Melba Support Services is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide person‐led support in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting. You will assist with daily living, personal care, and community participation, respecting the rights and choices of people with disability.

This part‐time role requires solid communication, teamwork, and adherence to Melba's values and policies. You will contribute to a secure, inclusive home workplace and collaborate with families and external providers
