Full Time Hours - 7:30am to 4:00pm Mon- Fri

Platinum Glass and Security is a local business that specialises in Prowler Proof Security Doors & Screens, Shower Screen supply/installation & 24hour Glass Replacement.

Platinum Glass and Security prides itself on servicing our local area with an extremely high level of service.

The Role
Build and maintain robust sales and customer service relationships with new and existing customers.
Accurate and appropriate product selection based on customer requirements, relevant standards and specifications.
Accurate and timely creation of quotations and Invoicing orders using ServiceM8.
Prior experience with ServiceM8 software is preferred but not required.
Daily management and update of ServiceM8
Follow up all customer enquiries to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities in store.
Provide exceptional customer service, face to face in store, over the phone and email.
Job Scheduling using ServiceM8.
Daily Cash handling, processing payments & operating EFTPOS machine




High volume of data entries (ServiceM8)
General Ad hoc duties

To be successful in this position you will have:
Experience within the Glass/ Building industry.
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a busy demanding environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients and suppliers.
Advanced general computer skills is essential.
Obtain a current Qld Police Check.
