Job Description

Lancemore Group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for Lancemore Macedon Ranges, Victoria. Lead and oversee the F&B; operation across weddings, conferences and events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and solid commercial performance.

You will report to the General Manager, partner with the Executive Chef and leadership team, and develop a high-performing team focused on service excellence, profitability and guest satisfaction.
