Job Description

St Vincent's Public Hospital is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Social Work team in Sydney on a max-term, full time basis through June 2027. The role supports inpatient and community palliative care patients and includes 24-hour on-call crisis service responsibilities.

You will undertake psychosocial assessments, coordinate with clinical staff, and provide counselling and advocacy to patients and families. Eligibility for AASW and a Full Class C license are required.
