We are seeking a casual receptionist to join our energetic team, an initial 3 days a week, with the potential for additional days and relief work as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional front-line customer service

Managing appointments and patient enquiries

Supporting the team in various administrative tasks
n

Essential skills and experience:

Prior Medical Receptionist experience ESSENTIAL
n
Solid communication skills and a skilled, friendly approach
n
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
n
Proficiency in handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
n
Reliability a must
n

Please note, this role does not require weekend or public holiday shifts.
