About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Spray Painter to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our shipping containers are expertly prepared, painted, and maintained to a high standard. You will play a key part in keeping our equipment and inventory in top shape while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. If you have a keen eye for detail and hands-on experience, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare shipping containers for painting, ensuring surfaces are ready for a flawless finish.
Apply industrial spray painting techniques to shipping containers, adhering to quality and safety standards.
Clean and maintain spray equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Manage paint and equipment inventory, keeping track of supplies.
Forklift license advantageous in order to move containers around the yard.
Maintain a tidy and organized work area, including the paint bay and general yard.
Follow safety protocols and procedures when handling paint, chemicals, and equipment.
Assist with additional workshop tasks as required to support the team.

What We’re Looking For:
A dependable and detail-oriented individual who shows quality workmanship.
Experience in industrial spray painting or a similar role.
Ability to clean,



prep, and paint large surfaces efficiently and effectively.
Basic welding skills and confidence are an advantage but not mandatory.
A forklift license is a solid advantage but not mandatory.
Physically capable of handling manual tasks and working in an industrial workplace.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
