About the role

This is a letterbox delivery role with DropWise. You will collect flyers and campaign materials from client offices or pickup points, deliver them accurately to correct addresses and suburbs within allocated runs, and complete deliveries within DropWise's 48-hour turnaround commitment. You will track and log delivery routes via Strava to provide GPS-verified proof of delivery, submit completion forms with GPS screenshots after each run, and represent DropWise professionally in the field.

Key responsibilities
Occasionally Collect flyers and campaign materials from client offices or pickup points as assigned
Deliver letterbox drops accurately to the correct addresses and suburbs within the allocated run
Complete deliveries within DropWise's 48-hour turnaround commitment
Track and log delivery routes via Strava to provide GPS-verified proof of delivery
Submit a completion form with GPS screenshot promptly after each run is finished
Handle flyers and materials with care — no double-ups, no missed streets,



no shortcuts
Communicate proactively with the team about delays, access issues, or problem addresses
Represent DropWise professionally in the field as an extension of clients' brand

About you
Punctual and dependable — clients rely on accurate 48-hour delivery windows
Physically fit and comfortable with sustained walking and outdoor work in all weather
Detail-oriented — accurate suburb and street coverage is essential
Trustworthy and safety-conscious when working independently in residential areas
Comfortable using a smartphone app (Strava) and a easy online form to log each job
A reliable vehicle to transport flyer stock between pickup points and run areas and current driver's licence
A smartphone capable of running Strava for GPS tracking
Right to work in Australia
