Job Description

Challenger Limited in Sydney CBD is seeking a Manager, Model Risk to join the Life team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will lead independent validation of material models used for pricing, hedging, capital and cashflow, with direct access to model owners and developers.

You'll assess design, assumptions, methodology and outcomes, document findings, and use AI-enabled tools to scale validation. Collaboration with actuaries, developers and risk partners is essential, and you'll help shape model
