Exciting opportunity for a full time experienced licensed forklift operator with a strong work ethic to join our busy team.
Main duties will include:-
Loading and unloading of plasterboard and related materials.
Liaising with customers
Adhering to work health and safety procedures.
Picking and packing of orders
Receiving and checking goods
Stock Control, including stock takes
Assistance may be required with delivering goods to customers on site
Start time of 7am.
About You: you will be someone who loves working in a warehouse and is a team player that exhibit's the following attributes:
A forklift licence is essential
Solid focus on secure manual handling
White Card
Experience in working in a building supplies / construction warehouse environment
Ability to work within a team
Reliability and attention to detail
Solid communications skills both written and verbal
Can do attitude
Excellent customer service skills
The right person for this role needs to be physically fit as the job requires regular heavy lifting.
