Job Description
DuluxGroup is seeking a Site Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance function, reporting to the Site Manager, and to drive protected, reliable site performance.

You will oversee maintenance planning, shutdown coordination, contractor management and engineering safety processes, while contributing to longer-term asset and improvement plans to support continuous operations.

You'll work with operations to ensure the site runs smoothly day-to-day and build capability across the maintenance team.
