Job Description

Ambition is recruiting a Senior Payroll Specialist in Victoria to support the Payroll Manager as 2IC. You will lead a small team, handle complex payroll issues, interpret Enterprise Agreements and Awards, and ensure data integrity and governance across 4,200 staff.

You'll be stepping into a role with real succession potential, working in a busy, high-volume workplace with a focus on accuracy, stakeholder engagement, and system improvements. Hybrid work available.
