Accor is seeking a hands-on, guest-focused leader to manage the restaurant, room service and bar at the Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport. You will inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a high-turnover, airport-adjacent setting.

You hold a Victorian RSA and can work a adaptable roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays, with robust organizational skills and attention to detail to keep operations running smoothly.
