Job Description

Sterning Group Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Senior Employee & Industrial Relations Specialist to guide the HR team through complex escalations and represent the organisation at the Fair Work Commission.

You'll shape strategic ER initiatives, balance hands-on case work with planning, and mentor HR professionals across multiple sites to ensure a harmonious and productive workplace. This role offers a versatile hybrid mode (3 days in office, 2 days at home) with CBD or Parramatta locations.
