Job Description

Yo My Goodness in Coolangatta is seeking a Full Time Front of House Manager to lead a customer‐service focused team and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. You will drive guest experience, ensure smooth service, and model professionalism on shift.

Responsibilities include day‐to‐day team management, recruitment and training, rostering, controlling labour costs, maintaining store presentation and SOPs, stock assistance, and reporting to area managers and Head Office.
