Community Carers NSW in Caringbah is seeking a passionate Support Coordinator for a casual role supporting NDIS participants across the Sutherland Shire. You will coordinate quality supports, monitor outcomes and help participants navigate the NDIS with a person-centred approach.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of NDIS Support Coordination experience, robust understanding of the NDIS, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a current background check.
