Job Description

Macquarie Group is seeking a Credit Risk Leader to evolve commercial lending risk policies and govern the risk framework. You will manage a small team, analyze data insights, and partner with data teams to drive continuous improvement across the credit risk lifecycle.

The role requires solid leadership, governance knowledge, and the ability to balance growth with prudent risk management, including managing reporting and documentation in a complex, multi-market workplace.
