Metro Trains Melbourne is seeking a dedicated People Services Specialist to support employment administration across the organisation. You will report to the People Services Manager and play a key role in delivering a responsive and customer-focused People service.

This role covers the employee lifecycle, including contracts, changes, onboarding and records management, while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality and supporting compliance with industrial agreements and internal procedures.
