FV by Peppers at Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the Front Office team and deliver outstanding guest experiences across day and night shifts.

You will mentor staff, coordinate rosters, manage guest feedback, and collaborate with other departments to resolve challenges while maintaining high service standards. A adaptable rotating schedule including nights and public holidays is expected.
