Job Description

Capstone Recruitment represents an established private developer in Melbourne's South Yarra, seeking a Development Manager to lead post-acquisition projects from design to delivery while maintaining tenant engagement. The role is office-based, five days a week, within a team-oriented, quick-growing team.

You will manage approximately 5 to 8 concurrent projects, working with in-house design, planning and finance teams, under a General Manager and senior colleagues.
