Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns.

Advise customers on required services and repairs, providing clear estimates.

Schedule and manage bookings using the workshop booking system.

n

Respond to online enquiries and emails.

n

Handle customer phone enquiries.

n

Coordinate with suppliers as required.

n

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office setting.

n

Report directly to the Workshop Managers.

n





Participate in training as provided.

n

Qualifications & Skills

n

Mechanical knowledge preferred.

n

Current driver's Licence with manual transmission capability.

n

Valuable communication and customer service skills.

n

Location: Ultratune Campbelltown

Reporting To: Workshop Managers
