Job Description

Easygo seeks a Group Head of Assets to design, govern and protect a portfolio of companies, trusts and SPVs across domestic and cross-border structures. You will work with shareholders to ensure sound ownership and compliant operations under AFSL requirements.

You will collaborate with Legal, Tax and external advisers, guiding boards through corporate actions, acquisitions and disposals while strengthening governance and risk management across the network. Melbourne office.
