Job Description

HealthcareLink operates in Sydney and is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist on a adaptable contractor basis. You will provide home-based physiotherapy to NDIS and Aged Care clients, building ongoing relationships within a local catchment.

Responsibilities include assessments, mobility aids prescription, evidence-based interventions, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care in the community.
