Job Description

Hudson AU is seeking a Customer Experience Officer on a 6-month basis in Canberra. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to QCPP-accredited pharmacies, ensuring quality standards and accreditation processes are followed.

You will be the primary contact for pharmacies, support current joins to the QCPP program, and maintain records. Solid communication, admin skills, and experience with CRMs are essential for success.
