Job Description

Australian Payments Plus is seeking a Governance Officer to join our Governance function, supporting the Board and Board Committees with documentation, scheduling, and portal administration.

You will work closely with the Head of Governance and Company Secretary to ensure regulatory obligations are met and governance processes run smoothly. This role focuses on accuracy, discretion, and solid stakeholder relationships in a rapid-paced payments workplace.
