As Electrical Engineering Manager you will lead and motivate a team of high achievers. This will includ
e:Leading the planning and conduct of engineering activities and provide technical leadership to the electrical project engineering team for the successful delivery of industrial food processing system
s.Managing the entire electrical project lifecycle including design, fabrication, installation, and commissionin
g.Being accountable and ensure that required engineering products and activities are produced in accordance with the approved procedures, within the allocated budgets and meet or exceed quality standard
s.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical teams, project managers,



fabrication, logistics and commissioning teams, to ensure seamless delivery of our equipmen
t.Managing risk, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project completio
n.Fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the project engineering tea
m.Developing and implementing engineering strategies that align with the company's business objectives and goal

ng.RPEQ and CPE
ng.At least 5 years’ experience in managing a team of electrical engineers delivering solutions in control systems and automated equipment design essenti
