As our business continues to grow with an exciting pipeline of work in place, we're looking for a friendly, motivated Office Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role

This is a busy and varied role supporting our office and operations team. You'll be a key point of contact for customers and staff, helping keep our day-to-day administration running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

n

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, document management, and accurate record-keeping
n
Use the Simpro job management system efficiently and professionally
n
Assist with scheduling staff and resolving scheduling conflicts
n
Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email
n
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
n
Support the Maintenance Coordinator and wider administration team as required
n
