Stronger Smarter Institute is seeking a General Assistant to support residents in group homes. The role is part time (0.5 FTE) and ongoing, with both day and night shifts possible based on roster and availability. The position offers casual beginnings with potential for continuation after 12 months.

You will assist residents in achieving independence, support daily activities, and contribute to a protected, respectful living workplace while adhering to NDIS standards and WHS guidelines.
