Job Description

John Holland is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator for a large site project on Sydney Metro West. You will manage high-value subcontract packages, lead cost forecasting and risk assessment, and drive procurement strategies within a agile commercial team.

You will report to the Commercial Manager, provide leadership to junior staff, and maintain robust relationships with subcontractors while ensuring compliance with contract systems and building codes.
