Job Description

Tandem Partners is recruiting for an HR Change Projects consultant to support a high-impact transformation and separation program. The role reports to the Regional PMO Lead and collaborates with the Head of HR and senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end program coordination and governance.

You will manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting across multiple workstreams including systems implementation, data migrations, and business readiness in a quick-paced workplace.
