Job Description

Uniting headspace Penrith is seeking a Continuing Care Team Clinician to join our youth mental health program. This full time role delivers clinical case management, psychological and psychosocial interventions for young people aged 12–25 at risk or experiencing psychosis, following the EPPIC model of care.

Based at headspace Penrith, the role offers hybrid work options, supervision, and career development. NSW Driver's Licence and registration with the relevant body are required.
