Job Description

O'Brien Glass Industries Limited, Melbourne, is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive current franchise member growth across Australia. You will identify opportunities, engage trade businesses, and guide prospects from first contact to close.

Reporting to the Director of Plumbing & Electrical, you will develop lead-generation strategies, run prospect meetings, and manage the acquisition pipeline with hybrid work options and explicit performance incentives.
