Bastion Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Advisor for a adaptable part time role (2 days per week) in Victoria. You will provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle and support recruitment, onboarding and engagement while helping shape people practices in a growing finance and leasing business.
