Job Description

A W Edwards, part of Bouygues Bâtiment International, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support multiple construction projects from our Sydney-based office. This role emphasises employment relations, strategy, and hands-on HR operations on site.

You will partner with project directors and leaders, manage ER/IR issues, and drive workforce planning while ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws. A solid site-based HR background is essential.
