Job Description

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Rostering and Compliance Officer to join the Surgical and Critical Care Division on the Gold Coast. The role focuses on developing and maintaining rostering and leave processes across General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Cardiothoracic and Vascular services.

You will contribute to compliance strategies, perform audits and support payroll and leave management with a focus on best practice.
