Job Description

Iririki Resort in Vanuatu is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations across Front Office, Reservations, housekeeping, and guest services, while collaborating with the senior management team to maximise profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, remote-resort experience, and willingness to relocate and live in office. On-site accommodation is included in the package, with a tax-free base salary and extra advantages valued at AUD 25k.
